3 - Remote Notarized Document(s) emailed to Tallahassee Courier. Tallahassee Courier prints Tallahassee Courier submits in person to the State of Florida Apostille Division at 4PM EST (Florida time) weekdays (Closed on Federal Holidays). We also email you a copy of the remotely notarized documents/photocopies for your records.
4 - The following business day at 4PM EST (Florida time) the Tallahassee Courier picks up your Apostille(s), makes a digital copy and drops off at FedEx (USA Address) or DHL (International Address).
5 - A digital copy of the Apostille(s) emailed to you by 7PM EST (Florida time) the same day.
6 - Original Apostille arrives via FedEx (in the USA) or DHL (international) to the destination you provide.

1 - Payment is received, we email your documents/photocopies with the notary wording required for Florida Apostille. If you have already had your documents/photocopies notarized by a local Florida Notary, please do not assume the notary wording where local Florida Notary signed and stamped is acceptable by the Florida Apostille Division. If your documents/photocopies that have been notarized by a local Florida notary are acceptable, we will advise and please skip step 2.
2 - You meet a local FLORIDA notary (banks will typically notarize with no fees) to notarize your properly prepared documents/photocopies. You are responsible for local Florida notary fees.
3 - We email FedEx label used to ship your locally notarized documents/photocopies to the Tallahassee Courier who will submit in-person to Florida Apostille Division.
4 - Using the FedEx Envelope label we provide, you ship at a local FedEx office or Local mail store offering FedEx service using a FedEx envelope which they provide. DO NOT USE A SOFT OR BUBBLE WRAP ENVELOPE as items arrive to Tallahassee Courier wrinkled and may be unable to be Submitted for Apostille.
5 - Once Tallahassee Courier receives your FedEx envelope (two days from when you drop off at FedEx, or next day if you pay for FedEx overnight), at 4PM EST (Florida time) weekdays (Closed on Federal Holidays) the Tallahassee Courier will submit in-person to the Florida Apostille Division.
6 - The following business day (Closed on Federal Holidays) at 4PM EST (Florida time), the Tallahassee Courier picks up your Original Apostille(s), makes a digital copy and drops off at FedEx (USA Delivery) or DHL (International Delivery).

1 - Payment is received, we email FedEx label used to ship your Original Florida Certificates to the Tallahassee Courier who will submit in-person to Florida Apostille Division. DO NOT SEND COPIES. IF YOU SEND COPIES OF ORIGINAL FLORIDA CERTIFICATES, OUR GUARANTEE IS VOIDED AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY NEW FEES TO START THE PROCESS AGAIN.
2 - Once Tallahassee Courier receives your FedEx envelope (two days from when you drop off at FedEx, or next day if you pay for FedEx overnight), at 4PM EST (Florida time) weekdays (Closed on Federal Holidays) the Tallahassee Courier will submit in-person to the Florida Apostille Division.
