Business and Corporate Records like State business filings: Articles of incorporation, certificates of status, and certified copies issued directly by the Florida Secretary of State. Corporate paperwork: Bylaws, powers of attorney, and commercial contracts.
Public and Private Educational Records like School records: Diplomas and transcripts signed by a school registrar and properly notarized. Private schools have an exception allowing a Florida Remote Notary or local Florida notary when using the correct Florida Apostille form.
