Same Day Remote Online Notary
Remote Notarization completed by Noon EST weekdays will be Submitted SAME DAY to State of Florida Apostille office by Tallahassee Courier. We will schedule a time to meet on a Zoom, WhatApp or Face Time video call. The oath and signing process requires ten minutes.
Florida is one of the few States allowing both USA and Foreign Citizens located anywhere in the world using Zoom, WhatsApp or Face Time camera to have their Documents or Photocopies electronically notarized and submitted for Florida Apostille.
If your documents or photocopies were notarized in another State, we notarize again on Zoom, WhatsApp or Face Time camera and submit for same day Apostille. The notary stamp is identical to the in-person notary stamp, but the signature is digital. No "wet ink" is involved in the remote notary process.

Your documents or photocopies will require notarization which is included in the fee if we meet in-person at a Lee County Florida FedEx Office Print and Ship Center. Florida original certificates cannot be notarized.
We are NOT Affiliated with FedEx. You need an appointment to meet us.
(Option 2) We email you the FedEx label and documents to print. You drop off at a local FedEx Office Center or shipping store, at your convenience. Local Florida Notarization will be required on your documents or photocopies. You are responsible for finding a local Florida notary and any fees involved (usually your bank will notarize free).
♦ Documents, Photocopies or Original Florida Certificates shipped to Tallahassee Courier using 2-Day FedEx.
♦ Tallahassee Courier receives FedEx envelope and submits in-person to the State of Florida Apostille Division at 4PM EST each business day. Closed on Federal Holidays.
♦ The following business day at 4PM EST the Tallahassee Courier picks up Apostille and delivers to FedEx.
♦ A digital copy of your Apostille is emailed to you in pdf format by 7PM EST.
♦ If you need Original Apostille to arrive faster than 2 day FedEx ground in the USA, FedEx overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. International FedEx shipping is available for an additional fee.
